Tolkien novel,The Fellowship of the Ring, following all of the events from this epic adventure with one big difference: This time it’s funny! This Broadway style musical is an hilarious send-up featuring twelve original songs, from over-the top opening number complete with barefooted tap-dancing Hobbits to an elf-on-human 80’s power ballad with live guitar solo performed by the rightful heir of Gondor. In an actual showstopper, the Balrog (a terrifying creature of shadow and flame) performs a sequin-studded New York style cabaret number.
